Health Matters: Obesity Perception in Pro&Cons

Obesity is different from being over weight. 

Obesity is a disease due to excess body fat '. 

Then what is the parameter of obesity itself then?
1. People have not considered obese when weight has not been above 20% of ideal weight for her/his height.
2. Obesity can be happen when there is difference in energy supply and the body usage. 
So, many times found that obesity people sometimes not eating more than the skinny people. There is no exact parameter yet how to definite obesity due to the difference of the energy needs in a person. Energy needs are determined by the energy needs to maintain the basic body metabolism, namely the energy needed by the body when rest time to perform vital organs function.

Then what causes obesity?
  • The thing to note is that are genetic predispositions that contributed in a person obese. Children whose parents are overweight have a tendency to be obese 10 times more than ordinary weight parents.
  • Over weight because low basic body metabolism most happen in over weight people because they are not moving actively the body so much
  • Certain hormonal disturbances
Awareness : Overweight can be step up into obesity perception

The possibility diseases for obesity people:
  • stroke and high blood pressure
  • coronary heart disease
  • diabetes mellitus
Again to be aware for men who in obesity problem, the list of possibility disease would be in longer list such as : colon cancer, rectal and prostate. 
To be aware for women; the list can be top up to more disease such as : breast cancer, uterus, cervix and worst in osteoartritis.

The most common mistakes what people did to prevent obesity
  1. Using appetite suppressant drugs.
  2. Perform binding dental operation in aim to allow teeth have difficulties in chewing food.
  3. Do the folding gastric stomach operation to shrink the stomach size so can be able to feel full and stuff faster.
  4. Perform cutting small intestine to be shorter the digestive cart in aim to reduce the food absorption 
Some people might think those ways it was one of ways to do diet and reduce weight. But it was wrong and not necessary to do that because after all the fat would be stay and congested inside the body, then the real obesity fat excess was created. 

Then what the effective things to do to prevent this obesity ?
  • Make food arrangements in such ways to reduce the calories intake between 500 - 1000 calories of the ration should be needed per-person who suffer obesity.
What reason that way above can be effective once in logic thought meaning is that would be lack of calories? The lack of calories can be covered by burning down the exist fat which is already existed inside the body.
  • Do sport as like gyms, jogging, aerobics, tread mill etc in daily regular basis 
What reason those mentioned above can be helpful to take down the obesity ?. These activity is effective to fastening the burn down the exist fat inside the body and to fastening the basic body metabolism to be active when it was in rest time. 
  • The most effective is the strong will and confident of the person to commit in doing it and aware of his/her own health. 
By doing those ways above, the body would have regular basis activity and train the body itself to activate the ' comma ' cells which have been 'sleep' for quiet moments. It is not a quick way, it will reduce normally 1 - 2 pounds in a week.
