Health Term V : All About Vitamin

Vitamin is a complex chemicals that are important for body to work properly. For some vitamins, our body can not be able to produce it alone: so it should get it from food and beverages. There are 13 main vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, K, B12, and seven ( 7 ) B Complex. Actually, our body just need a small portion of  it. 
Vitamin can be classified into 2 groups :

• Group of water soluble vitamins
• Group of fat soluble vitamins

Fat-Soluble Vitamins

This vitamin is absorbed from intestine with fat, then stored it in fatty tissues inside our body ( primarily in 

liver ). This type of fat-soluble vitamins are : vitamin A, D, E and K.

In general, these vitamins would not be removed through urine such as other vitamins. The back-up stocks of these types of vitamins in our body sometimes enough to meet the needs requirements of our bodies for years, so we do not need to supply them every day.

Once the excess of these vitamins can be happened, it is extremely dangerous to our own body. Hence, a balanced diet which contains enough these type of vitamins are good for our bodies. And if there is a deficiency of these type of vitamins, usually caused by the emergence of disorders of fat's function or less-unequal absorption in our own food composition.

Water-Soluble Vitamins

Most types of these vitamins are only stored briefly in body and quickly disposed its excess through urine. exception for B12 vitamin, which is the only one which stored in the liver. That's the reason why it takes 5 to 6 years until the symptoms of deficiency comes up in the surface. The water-soluble vitamins are B12 and C.

Lack of water-soluble vitamins are common happening compare than deficiency of fat-soluble vitamins. That's the reason why is very highly recommended to eat food composition which are rich of water-soluble vitamins every day. Fruit and vegetable are the main producer of these type of vitamins. Consuming vitamin that dissolves in water every day, usually will not causing poisoning ( the excess would be disposed these vitamins through our urine ).

All About Vitamins

Vitamin A : is a main source for growing and developing the bones, teeth for children. And main source for eyes-visual function, composition to cell body for protection to the respiratory cells, digestive cells, urinary tracts against infection, and very good for skin healthiness. 

Vitamin A Deficiency :

The lack of vitamin A can be happened usually caused by impaired absorption of fat by the intestine: due to the cystic fibrosis ( genetic abnormality with characteristic where can not absorb the fat and the lungs have had infected ), bile duct obstruction, lipid-lowering drugs usage. Other caused which found in poor and insecurity food area is the arrangement and unbalanced food and nutrition. 

Vitamin A deficiency will result in lack of clarity of eyes' vision at night, dry eyes and swollen, dry and rough skin, and less resistant to infection. Severe deficiency of vitamin A would cause the damage to teeth and bones, causing ulcer in eye's cornea ( if not taking an action would lead to blindness ).

Vitamin A Excess

The long term of vitamin A excess will cause hyper-vitamin A, with the following symptoms : headache, feeling tired easily, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, dry and itchy in skin, hair loss, for women will affect to monthly menstruation in not sufficient and suitable timing, bone pain, swelling in liver and spleen. Excess of vitamin A during pregnancy will cause fetal defects. 

Food Suggestion which Rich of Vitamin A

• Food stuff that contain vitamin A are as follows : liver, fish oil, egg yolks, milk and its processed products, almost in all type of vegetable and fruit.
• Eating food that rich of carotene 9 which are found mainly in palm oil and carrots ). These 2 would not cause hyper-vitamin A
• Artificial ingredients like vitamin A is called retinoid is good to lather the skin.

Vitamin B12 : is well known too as sianokobolamin, an important vitamin due to its role-key for some enzymes' activity. B12 is needed in producing genetic materials for cells  ( growth function ), in making red-blood cells in marrow bones in its used in folic acid and carbohydrate and smooth in functioning of the nerves system. 

Vitamin B12 Deficiency

The deficiency of this vitamin mostly happened because intestinal absorption disorder that can cause megaloblastic  anemia, and for some people can be happen because they avoid to eat all food that from animal ( not eating meat, eggs, milk and other results of animal's ). Beside megaloblastic anemia, deficiency of B12 can cause canker sore on mouth and tongue. 

If in long term of B12 deficiency is happening can occur the marrow bone damaged with symptoms as follows : numbness in feet or hand, twitch feelings in feet and hand areas, weak of memory, prone to depression. 

Vitamin B12 Excess

There is no story can occur once the excess of this type of vitamin due to its water soluble-scheme. 

Food Suggestion which Rich of Vitamin B12

The main source of B12 vitamin are easy to find in liver, chicken, meat, fish, eggs, and milk processed products.

Health Term IV : Summary to Malaria

Yiiihaaaawww.. Back again to today post. I would like to write about Malaria disease which is nightmare for most tropical countries in the world. Estimated 290 millions people yearly got this disease around the globe. This disease causes high fever and can be sometimes cause complications to kidney, heart, brain, blood and can lead often to death. In here we have to aware that even small animal can be carrier for disease that perhaps we need to pay attention, do we already do good to nature? In fact, the prevention for this type of disease is not hard compare to Dengue, it needs regular basis treatment to surrounds and be active to keep the nature clean which meaning give the space enough to the mosquitoes to live in their own habitat so they are also will reduce to invade human-beings.




What is Malaria ? and Who can Cause Malaria?


Malaria is a disease caused by a parasite and spread by the the bite of Anopheles mosquito ( as a carrier - red ).


That causes Malaria is the single-celled animals called plasmodium. There are four (4) species that can bring Malaria to humans :

• Plasmodium falciparum
• Plasmodium vivax
• Plasmodium ovale
• Plasmodium malarie

Each type of  those parasite spends most of their life cycle inside of Anopheles mosquito then again spends their rest of life cycle inside the human's body.

Symptoms and Incubation

The symptoms of malaria are shaking, chills, fever ( only appears when the red-blood cells burst and have more parasites inside the blood ).

The distance range time between the mosquito's bite and the appearance of malaria's symptoms, approximately one or two weeks, somehow there are also emerging symptoms after a year later when the patient ever took anti-malaria's drugs.

Fever Symptoms in Malaria which caused by Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale and Plasmodium malarie

The fever which caused by these three types of parasites have three ( 3 ) stages :

• Stage of feeling cold and chills throughout the body
• Stage of high fever that can reach 41 degrees of body temperature
• Stage of sweating drenched body as like bathing and pyretic.

Occasionally, red-blood cells which parasites have been conceded can be broken at the same hour on each cycle and the fever will appear every two days ( if caused by plasmodium vivax and plasmodium ovale ) and fever can be happen every three days ( if caused by plasmodium malarie ).

Other feelings when malaria comes :

• Bad headache
• Body aching
• Vomiting sometimes can be happen
• The end the patient would feel so weak and fall asleep for moments

The Signature Mark of  Plasmodium Falciparum

Malaria which caused by plasmodium falciparum should be solved seriously than the three mentioned above. Patient has to be hospitalized. 

Plasmodium falciparum invade all red-blood cells in whole its life cycle. Others plasmodium only eat the young -aged or old-aged of red-blood cells. Meaning that plasmodium falciparum is highly malignant by eating and destroying almost whole the red-blood cells and can lead to the death after few hours from its first fever symptom. The fever would take longer and no pattern. So much red-blood are damaged that can cause blockage of the arteries which has role-key play as the supplier food nutrients to important body organs, specially to kidney. 

Nodes can swell and affect the brain so that the patient experienced comma and seizures. The destruction of red-cell blood would bring hemolytic anemia. Patient eventually develops liver and kidney failures.

Medication

Doctor would usually provide a function of chloroquin to deadly the malaria parasite in the blood ( usually would be given to the 3 types of plasmodium ovale, vivax and malarie. For the plasmodium falciparium already resist to this chloroquin ).

Once the doctor detects that caused by plasmodium falciparum ( the detection will be doing by the blood test where later will show the amount of parasites already reduce or not yet ), the doctor would give quinine or the drugs which mixed of  pyrimethamine and sulfadoxine. If the patient lack of red-blood cells, the blood transfusion is needed to be taken. 

After healed, the patient who ever suffered from common three types of  plasmodium, usually the doctor would give primaquine to cleaning up the rests of parasites which still stay inside the blood. 

Note:  primaquine can cause anemia hemolytic to some poeple who has particular gene abnormality.

The prevention of malaria is not hard to do once we do eager to eradicate malaria plasmodium parasite through anopheles mosquito by cutting their life cycles. The easiest way to do are just cleaning up the areas which are possible for mosquito to live ( puddle, water containers etc ). Once it clean the mosquito have no parasite to live in them too.

History Of A Place : The Remarkable Architecture of Borobudur in Indonesia

Yihaaaawww.. Today I would write of our national and international pride temple. Architectural of Borobudur in Indonesia. If Peru has Inca temples, Egypt has pyramids, Greece has Meteora and we are Indonesian has Borobudur and many more where later ( I hope so ) can share with you in different blog special about Indonesia. In this article today is about Borobudur's architectural technology.


We should understand and proud of our ancestors that long time back, with simplicity and minimalist tools, they can build something that ever lasting. Parts of universe to remember that technology of ancestors architectures always remarkable and need to be conserved for the world to see.


The great things in using materials for building Borobudur is that the ancestors used stone and is not like any other old historical building which used chicken eggs as an adhesive material. Borobudur used locked-stone system : inter-linked and locked mutually the stone each other. In short way is like three dimensional structure resembles jigsaw puzzle in aim to strong and solid the building.


Borobudur construction is not known in time exact. It was estimated between 750 - 850 century and was estimated to build this has taken 50 years to complete the works.  Borobudur area is 15,129m squares and being made by using 2 millions rocks; locked-rocks ( lego blocks stones ). Average size of each stone was 25cm x 10cm x 15cm. Overall length  of 500 km stone pieces, and total weight is 1.3 millions tons. The consideration, why the ancestors made Borobudur on hill was about to cost-controlling of stones usage. And in the other way, there was philosophy behind that why Borobudur had built on the hill for reason to worship the gods to be near to heaven sky.


According to study: there were two ways that ancestors used in splitting the rocks:

• At first stone would be marked by sculptured sides. Then, above the sculpture, they lit the fire. When the stones was being fired and became very hot, then the stones was poured-over by water. The hot stone with sudden chilled would burst and split.
• Thee stones which wanted to be split marked with carving holes. Every holes filled with a kind of wooden pegs. The wooden pegs were then flushed with cold water. Wet wood would hit the stones until it breaks and splits. 

Borobudur Building Structure & Its Philosophy

• Borobudur has the basic structure such as staircase, with six yards shape as like square and conical shape-up, three circular courtyard and a main stupa ( shrines to gods ) as a peak and in the yard spreads with many stupa as well. Initially built storey apartment lay-out at first.  The Borobudur's architect chose to build it on a hill, which is distinguished this Borobudur than other temples in Java or other places where are mostly was built on flat-ground. 
• Borobudur has 10 yards as thesecond structure which describing the court of Mahayana philosophy : ten levels of Bodhisattva   that must be accomplished to be a perfect Buddha.
• The feet area as the third structure of Borobudur which represent Kamadhatu, which means the world still dominated by ' kama ( bad-desire ). This area is covered with pile of stones that allegedly made to strengthened the temple's construction. There are additional closed sections, there are 120 panels which talking about Kammawibanggha story.
• The fourth floor with reliefs on the walls which called Rupadathu, The shape of this area is rectangular. Rupadhatu has meaning that a world that can be able to break free from lust, but still bound by the appearance and shape. This fourth level is describing the above nature ( minds ) and bottom nature ( desire ). You will find Buddha statues in the recesses of wall above breezeways. 
•  Starting to the fifth to the seventh floor, the walls not have reliefs. This level called Arupadhatu ( means no tangible form ). The shape of floor  is circular. In this part of level has meaning that the nature where already free from desire with no bound of shapes and forms of appearance. But still not in heaven-nirvana yet. Buddha statues are placed inside the stupa which covered with holes as like in cage.
• The upper levels has many stupa , and the biggest and largest stupa is describing the absence forms of human, and unite with the universe and already in heaven. The stupa depicted plain and without holes.

The amazing facts of Borobudur structure is that its was built by maths concept in each area of feet, body, and the head of temple has ratio 4 : 6 : 9. History Of A Place : Today is China

I would write about history of a place first, not to continue awhile about philosophy due to my interest today 

:-). 

I don't understand why my blog spot look likes wikipedia ? I have too many interests guys. So, that's okay right If i write all my interests in here? This is my dream too to go to China, because they have good history and good system to keep their history. Here are a small knowledge about China. 

• Great Wall 

This wall is the longest building which ever made by humans in our beloved earth. One of the seven wonders in the world. This wall was made to prevent the invasion of  Mongols at the time. With 6400 km of length and 8m of height, this wall was built in for hundreds years in different dynasty era. As we do know too, that Chinese culture is one of the eldest ones in the world, they have progress advent technology even for the architecture of this wall. 

The building was starting since Qin's  Dynasty in 220 BC ( even before already had the based of the wall building structure ), they continue made this wall with soil, soil mixed with gravels and simply with by a mound of big-large stones and again the same process of made continued in Han's dynasty.

Continued in Tang's era, they already produced and made advanced the walls with simple bricks. Due to the cost, the usage of bricks just limited in city gate area and the nearest walls where was strategic to withstand the enemy's attack.

Then in Ming's dynasty, the progressive technology of material base was done in making the walls became solid by mixing the limestone and glutinous rice as the cement as the adhesive material to solid the bricks that time. However, to strengthened the wall building; they still used stones in some part of  the Great Wall.

• Panda

Panda is a mammal; a signature animal from China, even more WWF ( World Wild Foundation ) using this animal as their symbol and also Google ( Google Panda-red; :P ) and of course China's country as symbol itself  and also in their money. Panda is originated from central China. We should know too that panda is one of species which is including endangered species in universe with estimated only 1,600 pandas has been living in the world. Then, why this panda is so special for the world even put panda as their symbols?

Panda is categorized in bear family. In Hanzi literature is called pinyin-mao xiong which means ' bear-cat '. In Latin, it called Ailuropoda melanoleuca ( which means: the black-white paws cat ). Why panda is so special because per-taxonomy, panda is a carnivore but its attitude is like vegetarians. Panda almost eat only bamboo even sometimes eats eggs or insects. Because the way it is, same alike a vegetarian ( herbivore-red ), while he etas its ears always moves, looks funny and also panda seems don't hunt; only lay down or sit and eating bamboo, its popularity image as a peaceful animal was created.

• The Lion dance ( In Indonesia it called Barongsai )

This is a traditional Chinese ( you can watch movie of Jet Lee. LOL.. He always perform this dance, and I love it because so sportive and artistic ). The dancers would wear cloak or robe which resembles a lion face and body ( sometimes I think it was a dragon image? ). This dance already exist for thousand years now, based in Mr. wikipedia ( the window of knowledge website-red ) : the dance start can be recorded in Chin's dynasty in 3rd century and become popular in the year of  420-589.

At first this dance as a strategic maneuver of Song Wen Di's army against Fan Yang's elephant troops. They almost lose against Fang's troops. Then the warlord named of Zhong Que created derivative lion king stuffed to repel the Fang's troop. And then after, the effort was successful and then being legendary as a dance. And if we do pay attention of the moves in the dance of lion or Barongsai, it is really look like army troops' moves. Full of martial arts. 

 

Okay until here only I can share a bit about China. In Indonesia, the art of lion dance ( Barongsai ) is famous. I love it though. I always wait and love when Chinese New Year celebration, because most of time I can watch this  dance in this occasion only.

Equatorial Area in Our Beloved Universe are Getting Thicker

Based on new facts found recently by NASA GRACE that the earth in equatorial region is getting bulged. Experts and community already knows that earth is not perfectly spherical. This caused by ( the unknown massive? ) speed of rotation of earth in its axis: causing the water on earth surface's more gathered at the equator areas.

To add as a note that some knowledge invention found that before 20,000 years ago that the ice-water still covered most located in the earth at north area, then slowly in time-line humans' history that the ice starting melting. Humans know technology and the global warm start builds itself on earth and space due to humans activities. Due to melting activity of  ice, weight of ice is decreased and the pressure is being increase so then the side effect of  it , was bringing the soil ( which before stayed underneath the ice glaciers ) went up slowly to the upper surface of earth. And we do agree the weight mass of soil is heavier than ice. And logically if the melted ice ( water-red ), flowing around together with soil and we do know too that water and soil always following down to its container shape and which is the equator area is the gravity center which has the strongest magnetic power; make the water and soil collaborating together become the loyal equator's follower due to its gravity which owned by the equator. It is perhaps the answer why the earth is getting thicker in equator areas.

We do all know by the news that global warming was the most contributor which is causing the melting of glaciers in earth such as in Greenland and Poles and making the equator area is getting fatter. But then is there any affects because of this terms?

'' Yes, there are affects ".

• According to the data, the 2 hemispheres of earth loses 382 billions tons ice per-year. Because of decreased burden of continent would allow the soil to rise up and make the planet earth more rounded even would take thousands years to form this. At the meantime, the thickness growth at equator reaches 0.7 cm/decade. Meaning is by the time, earth is slowly change the shape. ( Will it be look like an egg or ball or what? )
• When there is changes of earth shape especially in equator area ( where equator is the biggest magnetic area ), then there will be changes to its gravitation due to the changes mass distribution of  ice-melting through ocean and the gravity is related to oceans activity and depending to the mass distribution of ice-melting water flow-speed can make things changed as its habits before. Meaning what? If, ice melting and flowing around with soil and if the soil is bigger number than the number of ice-melting water: there would be shallowing seas or oceans, shortened oceans which will be more creating new lands, the changes of equator area gravity, and  the time-rate globally.
• But then due to mentioned above, once the number of ice-melting water is bigger than soil; and the huge wave of oceans which lately can not be detected properly, can drown a land. It would be like Atlantis history ( you know about Atlantis right ? )
• We do know, that we have 3 % of proper water that we can drink which lay at front of us by the universe. And most of this proper water, was kept in glaciers as iced; then can you imagine what will be happen? The proper water would mixed with the water ocean; the salty one and the number of ocean in earth is 97% of total water in this universe. Don't we understand this? Meaning the water would be salty then, because it mixed with huge mass of salts by the oceans and seas. Meaning is? Start respect the water lately and now on and use water as wisely as we can. 
• Related to point number 3, once the number mass of ice-melting water is bigger than soil; it would depends on the speed-rate bit of water oceans flows. We do know too that these cold poles, beneath their glaciers exist pro-active comma volcanoes ( based on recently inventions ). Have you seen and read and understand the connection of these? Once, the volcanoes active and ready to blast, we should think the potential which might happen once its happens in future ahead. Why? It is oceans, volcanoes, glacier melting, bit-rate of mass distribution and the changes in good and bad.  Let us think together and sort it out by doing wise things to this beloved universe then.

Is The Chemical Fertilizer Good For Our Plants in Universe Future ?

I am joining into LinkedIn.com, and joining to the group of  ' Home Garden ', I never speak much in that group only I notice what they have been talking about and learn many things in there from anyone; how do they plant the flowers, the trees even more for the farming. It is great valuable knowledge I get in there, more and more I respect all these creatures in this beautiful universe. 

Then about a week ago, I read newspaper refer to brown plant hopper pests were widespread in Java, one of island in my country lately. B. Merle Shepard, Emeritus Professor from Clemson University , USA said that we need to stop massive usage  pesticide immediately due what his noticing what happen in Java almost alike what already happened to Phillipines in 1980's once he was in International Research Institute in Phillipines. He said that in seminar meeting  " Natural Organic Farmers Venues " ( Galanggang Alam Petani Organik - in Indonesian language - red ) in Padang, Indonesia, July 22 2011. 

He has a good point and reasonably so much, that pesticides sprayer could kill the ' natural microbial ' who has the important role key as an army soldier for the soil. My dear lovely good friends are inventors and been through long research until they can be able in making this bio-organic fertilizer in 2007; why these natural army so important for the soil and as the best result making the bio-organic fertilizer for fixing the soil so much better than we use chemical fertilizer.

At first the reason why this chemical fertilizer came up at beginning in aim to faster and speed-up the production of farms.  But, then if we notice in-organic fertilizer dominant have 3 elements which needed for the plants even for animal to speed up the growth production. That's why inside In-organic fertilizer  rich with N ( Nitrogen )  TSP/SP 36 -->  P ( Phosporus ) --> K ( Kalium ) KCL ( Kalium Chloride ) and if we pay attention they have great mass included inside in-organic fertilizer. Check elements to wiki. For moments it is great for speeding-up, but then we did forget that plants or animals even human beings in this universe not enough with those 3 elements only. The balance will not be gained ( The nutrition-red ) once only those 3 elements were dominant.

And the problem is that the dominant 3 elements in-balance the soil itself. Inside the soil they do have microbiological, small creatures who can deselect unnecessary elements and helping the processing in making health the soil. But then, the in-organic fertilizer needs pesticide which at first had a purpose to armed the in-organic fertilizer in speeding-up the growth. In a year it was good for speeding up the growth and good result in producing the the agriculture products. But, in long term usage, it would kill and reduce the numbers of these small little creatures who has the important role - play in nature for rehab the soil. 

The humus organic have being tired too, to work over time in deliver the healthy layers beneath to the top soil time to time, the beneath humus elements don't have its little armies to help them to do this. During the time because of deterioration performance to humus and micro-small little creatures made the soil getting dry and unhealthy due to the lack of its own elements nutrition. Then, these funny bugs, flies, plant hoppers were getting irresistible to pesticide. The worst is that the soil and the water and the plants become cancer genes because the chemical influences was getting over dosage due to deterioration performance of those factors. The chemical get through inside every parts in the soil, in the water, in the vegetables and surroundings. And we consume it.  I did make research to this term too at home by using in-organic, organic and bio-organic and how to result it, so I would be able to share this to you this time.

Which One is Better ? Bio-Organic or Organic ?

As I said, we do at home pay attention about this since long time ( maybe in our root-blood we are farmer ). Very clear, I'm not in the side of in-organic fertilizer for our plants at home. It ruins our plants, the soil and the butterflies didn't want to be around, even we just had  2 pots of plants for research.

I do agree about bio-organic or organic fertilizer. The thing is that organic would take long time in making the soil getting better if this is about big farm to be healthy in sooner dynamic time-line. For the pollutant soil because of the in-organic fertilizer needed bio-organic due to its term has 25 elements which are needed for damaged soil. And with the making process in fermentation to create the small soldiers army which rich of humid acid and vulvat acid to re-structuring the soil ground even to the beneath layers. In the balance of it contents already have natural pesticide and that's great to avoid the usage of chemical pesticide.

And for you if the soil just normal, do the organic fertilizer then. It is easy in making it, only needs animal feces as like goat's and many dead leaves or dead sticks from trees; anything from the plants itself would become useful for humus organic fertilizer. More even we can use the dirt water after we clean up the fish once we want to cook it. It would rich the soil too. It is easy too if some funny creatures come to attack, we just need baby soap to spray it, no need advance pesticide machine killer or blah blah to re-attack them. As like worm, do not kill them, just remove them and put in the cage let them grow as natural it is, because we need them to fly again as butterfly and spread the seed  to reproduction activity cycles for many times which needed in many plants. 

In USA the usage of bio - organic or organic fertilizer in farming activity is increasing 20% nowadays, more people concerns about this matter due to the relationship to our own good sake universe even the good sake of our own healthy. In Singapore, they are prohibiting the usage of in-organic fertilizer and pesticide. Now in Indonesia since 1986, the government prohibited 28 ingredients active material in 57 brand name of pesticides. Still, Indonesia needs to improve the bio-technology for farming-terms due to Java already infected with this plant hoppers. I do believe it will solve soon, because now my friends and I we gather to spread about their inventions by internet pretty soon; and now in process to making it. Hope it will bring back the good sake for our universe and start from our home country then to abroad. 

We are humans being to be able invent many technology, for some reasons it might be good, but some other reasons might be not good for human kind; this is our part now to think about it and take action. Once most soil in the world get hampered, what would be this humans in future? Radiation of pesticide body parts live in ours. And the sickness of funny diseases would be the most fear then.

Anyway the benefit doing organic or bio-organic farms we can bypass the cost of pesticides budget, you will prove that if you doing that, because all elements in its surrounds making good friends to each others as what We do at home to our small garden. My mango trees never stop producing its fruit, every month always sweet natural taste; if we do organic, of course. And other plants always again and again re-stock even we give to neighborhood and green the street along our house area. Love this life as it is, Love this universe as it is and take benefit but again we keep maintaining it too in aim for our own good sake.

The Rainbow in A tree

Look at that picture guys. That's not painting by human-beings, but it because the nature who made the tree colorful. That's awesome !!

The name of this tree is Rainbow Eucalyptus ( eucalyptus deglupta - in Latin- red ). This tree is a type of white wooden tree. But this Rainbow tree as not as like others white wooden trees which can be able produce white oil. These Rainbow Trees can be the main stream in producing papers. But, the result will not colorful as its colored. LOL.. And for your information, Indonesia one of the biggest producers and export the high quality papers in the world. How amazing, right !!!

We have to be proud of it, since these Rainbow Trees lots can be found in the north side of earth. And the trees lots can be grown in rain-tropical jungles as we have lots in Indonesia, specially in the areas of Papua Nuigenea, Sulawesis island/Celebes, Seram island in Maluku and also in Phillipines.

These colorful can be made due of the changing of the weather and the sunlight, the humidity where can make the skin always scratch and change the color of regular color of tree's stick ( brown mostly ) time to time. And the hieght of trees can be half of the Monas' height. Isn't interesting right !!!

But the end, since the papers is one of the biggest numbers of garbages, we should aware of it. Use the papers wisely due to the numbers of trees once it always cut down and make the numbe of trees getting decreased. Start use the papers in the needs path only. Save this earth, start planting trees in home even in a small area we have at home.

Don't you think this is interesting to us for human being to figure out & learn to understand why it can be like that? I thini there is a philosophy meaning for us behind this phenomena instead of the cause due the athmosphere, etc based on the scientific reasons.

We do know that stars can be seen at night most of times. In a day time the sun too shiny and hide their existence. i think it is the agreement amongst the stars, the sun, the moon, the galaxy all the creatures involved in their own bussiness.

This is my opinion only why this can be like this, that this universe try to make us learn and understand that there is a meaning for us to learn and understand, that can describe our own self about things in our daily days.

The night is a symbol of our fear, the symbol of our dark side, referring to our difficulties feelings about somethings in our life.

The stars and the moon is the direction and the inner power of what we have inside ourselves. That can be shine once we want it and need to be shine and get out from the fear in our life.

These stars sign our inner power wills to sort-out and keep on moving on and still shine even in our darkest situation. Do not giving up for things around us, be shine even the dark has came thru'... One star with another stars gathers and unite in the night. For us to admire, how beautiful is the night with the colors of the stars where they manifest thy colors as like what we always see.

Once we do know that stars divine and blend into constellation in such of directions for human being on earth about what seasons will come for human to do. Meaning is once we can enpower and enrich our stars inside ourselves and constellate/corporate with the sky and the moon and the sun, all things will happen. The dreams come true, we can even give more as the knowledge and direction to others due of the meaning of the constellation direction showed in astronomical sign of stars aim for human-beings' sake... And no one will feel afraid of night anymore since then, that the stars always shining.

It's beautiful right this universe.

Shooting Star = Vs My Wish

I love shooting star as like every body else's does. It said when we saw a shooting star, we just make wishes and all our hopes & wishes will come true to reality.
Is it so? I believe all the power of this beautiful universe also the power of the shooting star's powerful. So, I make a wish even I never see it in my life with my own eyes.

I do believe that shooting star is happening everytime due this technology. I can see the shooting anytime I want in google !!! LOL.. So, when I am in restless and I think I need miracle, I open the image of shooting star and make a wish ? Am I silly ? LOL...

Really my friends, I love to do this. There is no more boundaries in this life anymore in any place we stay in this earth. We can even visit to one place that we never been there before in our life. I keep myself in dreaming in everything. And now lately days, things are becoming easier. No sweat for small things that I dream about. LOL...

Dream as I am and make efforts, because wish will mean nothing if we don't try it and don't make any effort of it. Let's hope, let's dreaming, Let's make it happen !!

My Globe

This is a place where we live in. The lovely planet that we live in. It is the the third planet from the sun and the densest and the fifth-largest from the nine planets in solar system. It called Earth.
It is our home for us the human being and all the others creatures that this God of universe created.
Lately I was so concerned how will it become this lovely place that we live in, the place that always sheltered us from the heat and the cold of seasons come down from top.
I can not imagine how it will become, since I am staying now in part of Asia, Jakarta, Indonesia. I couldn't anymore can get out so long in the street since the road so roam and packed with cars and motorcycle. I can not even breath, and the funny thing my hole nose always black thing came out since the dirt of the street's air. How awfully this polutions.

I think of myself and Imagine, is it happening too in other countries? Does anyone feel the same way as I am ? Then, I think that yes for sure, I'm not the only who feel like this. I know and realize also that I am doing shitty things since I am a smoker and I am one of the polution contributor of this lovely planet. My lovely Earth.
I try my best effort now since I try to to quitting my smoking habit since I care of my lovely place. But still in my best effort too, hardly to quit though. In my selfish thoughts I prove myself that I could do subsitute sin with other good thing due of my hardly effort to quit my smoking habit. I start doing gardening once it is one of my interest to do. I smoke but I plant trees. So, the trees that I plant would squeezed my smokes away, and cleaned and pured my sins regarding my self as polution contributor.

Is it a stupid idea guys?

I am happy at least when I see my trees grown up nicely. I notice the small thing come up from the ground. I cry so happy that time when I started plant the lemon tree since baby. It is like something so meaningful to remember. Is like I am the mother of this my first tree that I take care since the seed. Is it the feel of this mother earth too?
Now, it is really really become my part of life to do gardening. I remember in an event, Indonesia having big time problem with chillies' price. It is so expensive in market for chillies. But We & I don't have any problem at all, since at home we plant chillies trees. Even we gave to our neighbourhood.

I remember when I was a kid, my grandpa took me for travelling to hunt in the jungle of our homeland in South Sulawesi, He once asked me, when I grow old what will I become. I told him, Puang ( It's the respect called name for Bugis' Tribe ), I would become a farmer and a famous writer. I told him that I will have a big big land with horses, cows, chicken, etc and behind near of it, there will be ocean as what my grandpa's house located. I love ocean too. i told him that i am in love with the green of jungle we explored, the beauty of animal, specially the deers, even we killed and brought home the deer and made it as dry meat. It is so wonderful food to eat. But now, i will not eat them anymore and killed them. They are too pretty for being extinct.

Now, all my funny talks when kids start come true. I love these simple simple things, seeing green and respect the things. i told my grandpa that I respect the farmers, I love when riding and sitting in the mud. And helped them to plant the padee. I remember those feelings when I plant my first lemon tree. It is so respectable career as a farmer. It is become my ultimate dream now for being a farmer and a famous writer. I start join to authonomy and starting writing my book too. I do make my 2 books before, but the scripts all lost because my last laptop got screw.

I promise to settle myself and buy some land in small village. Runaway from the city crowded.

Let's guys do something, build our interests. It is precious things to do. I love flower arrangement, now it start to grow, I love gardening it become something,  I love writing it become credit title amongst my friends who knew that i am the one who wrote it. Be donatur in wikipedia, it will make us rich in knowledge. Love this life as it is, and be respect to small things. It is so much meant to be. And don't sweat into small things.
