Approximately 80 % of humans' body consists fluids. The brain has water element as much as 80% and the blood has water element as much 95% of it.

There are some reasons behind why the doctor experts advice us to drink water about 8 - 10 glasses per-day, and for the smokers needs to increase the numbers of water concumptions at least half of the advice to drink.I do still remember when I was working in Dubai, I had this special training knowlegde about the importance to drink water from one of world-wide branded label water supplier. They explained that water is needed to replace fluids lost through sweat,respiratory activity, urines, and secretions. It is why we need 8 - 10 glasses waters to drink because the numbers of fluids have had lost has the same amount with what already lost. It is useful for keeping our metabolism running well and normal due the importance of blood and brain as our important things in our body. 

Needs to be realize that often we are too lazy to drink water less than 8 glasses in a day, the consequency is that the body would balance it by taking the sources from different parts elements in our body including taking it from blood. Due of it, the blood can be so thick ( don't we notice that ? ). Consequently, the priority number one task for blood as the transportation tool to distribute oxygen and food supply in our body will hampered. As we know too that blood would screened these oxygen and food supply to kidney and since the kidney has a role play as a filter out the toxid blood. Kidney has a very fine networks scheme in its body, it would make kidney work so hard to extract and screened the blood once the blood itself is too thick. If this terms always happens, the machine of kidney would have break slowly by the time being right? 
Then, what about the brain ? The brain has the same pattern as like kidney, due to the needs of brain for consuming extra food and oxygen that blood delivered to it than other body parts. Those are why we need to remind ourselves why we need to drink about 8 - 10 glasses per-day.

The Benefits of Water
  • Water is streamlining the digestive system.We do understand that our digestive system also contains water to proceed the digestive activity once the food has to be extracted and to burn the calories. So, if you want to avoid constipation disease or ulcer, we better drink water as per-advice in daily basis.
  • Water can prevent kidney stones and heart disease, because they have blood and oxygen intake goodly.
  • Water can be able to slow down the growth of carcinogens substances in our body due to the importance task of kidney in screening the toxid blood. If kidney has normal blood and not so think blood, its work would conduct properly right? 
  • Water can also nourish the skin due to the sweat that out of the skin are the toxins which are not good for the body. Once the kidney work properly and having enough water supplied, the blood can be able to deliver good nutrition to every parts of body. In fact, good quality water with having good Ph would help us to remove the death skin just only by spray and wash our face with the good water in balance Ph terms.
  • Good blood produces good nutritions by the good water intake can be able to increase fertility hormone testosterone in men and estrogens in women.
  • Water is good for helping us in dietting purposes due to the good water doesn't contain calories, sugar, and fat. If you are in diet, consume warm water before eating something. This way can make us feel full abit so it will help us not to eat so much.
  • The good water intake can increase our body fitter due to cleansed the toxins and the importance of our body spare parts work properly. We do realize that we are better able to survive without food for few days compared with water shortages.
  •  The mainstream of the importance of water more pictures in relaxing sensation phenomena. We do feel once we swims in the sea or swimming pool will help us feel relax about things, do we feel too once we shower under the shower sprayer? we feel relax too right? For this term, I still try to find out why it could be happen like this feels. I hope in future sooner time-lines I would update with complete resumes about this.

At last but not the least, drink water as per-advice. Love ourselves, love our body, so we would be able to love our universe too.
